SiteBuilder can be a very powerful tool but in order to truly take advantage of it - you may need to change the way you think about documents of any kind. (This is exciting stuff!) Don't think about "how it is going to look" - just concentrate on "what it is going to say".
A website is made up of several different web pages. Each page has some content (usually in the form of some text or a picture) which is laid out on the page. With SiteBuilder, you separate the notion of how a page is presented from the content inside it. Simply enter the content through your web browser - you can even cut and paste it and then choose how you want it to look.
Build your website with SiteBuilder by first creating a set of different sections for your site and then creating the content items that you will put in the different sections. At any point you can change how you want your content to be laid out on all of your web pages.
Lastly, you'll need to write up a description of your website which will be used by search engines to determine what your site is about.
